Ms. Kaileigh

Kaileigh is the Office Manager at our Woodbury location and has been with our office since 2019. She started as our Woodbury receptionist, but took the initiative to become so much more to both of our offices. While she handles the day-to-day activities at the Woodbury office, her duties extend to our Rochester office as well. In 2021 she made the decision, along with Dr Jennifer, to move our billing in-house. This means she works closely with insurance companies to make sure our patients are getting their full benefit coverage. This also means she works with patients to answer questions about how their exam was billed, and handles our accounts receivable for both offices.

While Kaileigh didn't intend to go into the field of optometry when she graduated with her psychology degree, she has enjoyed the opportunities and skills it has given her. She intends to continue working for our Woodbury office as long as Dr Jennifer does. After that, she hopes to continue to use her skills she's gathered here to provide excellent patient care.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with her wife and their cat, Sushi!
